My name is Micha Tol and coaching people is what I do best — whether that’s online or in person.

After working in the gym for five years and spending 40 hours a week providing personal training, I realized I wanted to help more people than I could reach within the walls of a gym. That’s when I decided to take the next step: online coaching.
My mission with Micha Fitness is to help you become more resilient, more confident, and to give you the knowledge and tools you need to achieve your goals.
Here, we don’t just focus on building your dream body. We focus on improving how your body performs. Depending on your goals, you’ll notice that I place a strong emphasis on athletic training — helping you become the strongest, fittest, and most capable version of yourself.
